In the journey of life, every critical situation demands action where one has to select between the alternatives which are broadly classified as fight or flight defense mechanism.

The FIGHT response helps to deal with emotions, thoughts and feelings which is mostly opted by people who seek clarity; are brave to deal with the consequences, have courage to stand up and tackle the conflict by not being a conformer, have a sense of pride and self- respect in whatever task they do.

The alternative response of FLIGHT is usually selected by people to avoid and repress their emotions, thoughts and feelings; often leaving them with guilt, shame and sense of low self-esteem, a coward in true sense as they can’t fight for themselves which results into conflicts at depth in unconscious level of human mind.

The biggest battle is often the one where we would be standing for our own rights and justify our feelings as if we fail to fight for ourselves we are not worthy to fight any battle.

Irrespective of victory or loss in a battle one should learn to face the emotions as it’s our greatest strength and weakness by being aware and conscious of our thoughts.

As Krishna says, wars with loved ones and family are the greatest of all like Mahabharata where Arjuna was given a choice by Krishna to fight the battle giving the significance of the action for righteousness rather than being a silent observer and leaving the battle opting for flight response.

P.S : Explore, Understand and Act !

Be a courageous warrior irrespective of any situation and learn to respond wisely in any situation as life is short to hold grudges and it’s not worth to pen down a list of regrets on your death bed where you hoped to fight in the past but opted for a flight response. Thanks for reading until the end!
